Kingston's rising star wins national industry award

Congratulations to Josh Buxton, winner of the 2021 Property Management 50 award for Rising Stars.

Following hundreds of nominations for six categories, Josh was judged on criteria that included creativity, growth and client relationships.

Josh began his Kingston career as a 17-year-old apprentice and was part of Central Services before moving into Property Management, where he has established himself as a valued member of the team.

Throughout Bernicia, Kingston and Living Spaces, we want to highlight significant contributions to the business, which prompted Phil Wilson, Property Manager Team Leader, to nominate Josh for this national award – commending Josh’s professional development, excellent customer service and creative problem-solving.
