An opportunity has arisen for a House Manager at Chase Court, Whickham.

37 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Up to £25,000 (depending on experience).

The role of a House Manager will involve effectively and professionally managing the day to day running of an independent living development for the over 60’s. Ensuring the building is a safe, secure and well- maintained environment for residents.  The successful candidate will present a helpful and approachable image, promoting good communications between those with whom they interact, including contractors and service providers and help create a safe and friendly environment.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.

This position could be a residential role, with a two bedroomed flat supplied to live in, or taken up on a non-residential basis.
