Kingston are extremely proud to have been shortlisted in five company or individual categories at the upcoming ACE Awards 2025, hosted by The Property Institute (TPI).

These prestigious awards celebrate the very best in the leasehold property management sector, highlighting the outstanding achievements of managing agents and suppliers.

It is an incredible achievement to be recognised across the following five categories:

  • Managing Agent of the Year (15,000+ Units)
  • Rising Star Award | Stephanie Rosie, Property Manager
  • On-Site Staff Member of the Year | Glen Wildsmith, Leazes Square Caretaker
  • Unsung Hero | Paul Wilson, Deputy Team Leader Central Services
  • Outstanding Customer Service Award (Individual) | Helen Douglass, Property Manager

The winners will be announced at the ACE Awards ceremony on Friday 20 June 2025 at Old Billingsgate, London.

Kingston will be there to celebrate with industry peers and will also take part as category sponsor for the ‘Service Provider of the Year’ award.
