Kingston geared up for the Carabao Cup final with an office fundraiser.

Newcastle United colours were out in force on Friday 24 March, as Kingston, Open Spaces and Living Spaces expressed support for their team and raised funds for charity.

In place of the usual ‘dress down Friday’, members of staff made a charity donation to come to work in NUFC shirts or club colours (with one Manchester United fan ignoring the dress code).

Just under £60 was raised, which will be donated to Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter – Kingston’s charity partner for 2023.

During January, colleagues were invited to choose a charity to support during 2023 and Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter won the vote. From two shelters in Newcastle, they help thousands of lost, unwanted, neglected, abused and abandoned animals every year by reuniting lost animals with their owners and find loving new homes for those no longer wanted.

It was not the result we wanted on Sunday but it was great to see so many enthusiastic fans – thank you to everyone who donated!
