It is welcome news that the Government are looking to put plans in place to assist leaseholders in blocks under 18 meters with cladding issues.
Please note however that this is the very beginning of what we expect to be a long term plan, and it may be some time before anything can be put in place to action any remediation, as we expect there to be a funding process to follow, similar to the higher buildings which are over 18 meters.
Whilst we understand that leaseholders will be keen to progress with remediation, priority must be given to the higher risk buildings, many of which are still going through the application process, and we ask all to allow us time to follow whatever process is required.
At present we have no information on the scheme, however, rest assured that we will take any necessary action when this is released and update leaseholders accordingly.
