We are delighted to share that Rachel Finney, Kingston’s Building Safety Compliance Manager, has been awarded the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety for Construction.
The specialist qualification, delivered through Housing LMS, consists of two units designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to understand and manage the fire safety of buildings effectively and efficiently.
Rachel’s achievement, awarded with Merit, highlights her dedication to ensuring the highest standards of safety and Kingston’s wider commitment to building safety.
Rachel has been studying for the past 12 months and is currently completing the final assignment of four additional units, working towards the CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management. This next step will further strengthen her competence in managing the safety of buildings in occupation.
