Colleagues at the Kingston office welcomed 2026 Charity Partner, 4Louis, for a heartfelt ‘cuppa and learn’ session on Thursday 5 March 2026.

Hosted by Pat Chambers, Corporate Relationship Manager at 4Louis, the open forum gave colleagues the opportunity to learn more about the charity’s work and the impact that fundraising has on the families they support.

Founded in 2009 by the family of baby Louis, 4Louis has grown significantly over the years while remaining focussed on supporting families through miscarriage, stillbirth and child loss. The charity provides a wide range of support, including memory resources, sibling support packs, cuddle cots and blankets, as well as helping hospitals create dedicated bereavement rooms. They also work to improve education for midwives and medical staff.

Pat brought along examples of the charity’s memory boxes – which inspired the creation of 4Louis and still forms a huge part of their work today. Carefully crafted for diverse preferences and sensitivities, the boxes contain meaningful items that help families create lasting memories of their child. Eight different styles are produced, including Welsh and Muslim versions.

Today, 4Louis distribute up to 3,000 memory boxes each month to hospitals across the UK. An incredible impact delivered by a small team supported heavily by volunteers.

The session gave colleagues a powerful insight into the difference these resources make for families during unimaginably difficult moments and highlighted the importance of continued support for the charity.

A huge thank you to Pat for delivering such an emotional and heartfelt session, which was warmly received by everyone who attended.
