Kayley and Rachel, Property Manager and Fire Safety Compliance Manager at Kingston, completed seven modules on the way to obtaining this esteemed qualification.
The Level 4 Certificate in Leasehold Property Management is recognition of their expertise in the field. Topics covered in their learning include legal frameworks, principles of building maintenance, mixed tenure management and housing, and ethics.
Their hard work and dedication to earn this certificate has rewarded them with Membership of IRPM – the leading professional body for the leasehold and build-to-rent sectors.
