Washington Village continue winning tradition at Northumbria and Britain in Bloom competitions.
Joan Atkinson, Director at Liberty Green, attended the Britain in Bloom Awards at the RHS headquarters in London to see Washington Village win Gold in the Best Village category.
Washington was the only new entry following a visit from Britain in Bloom judges in August, which is a fantastic achievement.
This is only the latest success following several victories in the recent Northumbria in Bloom competition.
Liberty Green Red Box and Rockery were awarded Best Residential Community – their eight successive Gold for this category – while Washington won Gold for Best Village and Best Overall Entry.
In recognition of Kingston’s ongoing support, the trophy for Best Residential Community will be displayed at the Kingston Park office.
