The winners of the ARMA ACE Awards were revealed at a glittering ‘flower power’ themed ceremony at Old Billingsgate in London on Friday 16 June 2023.
Kingston were shortlisted for five company and individual awards, and although no top prizes were won, our group of representatives attending the event were pleased to see Kingston named Highly Commended in the categories for Managing Agent of the Year (15,001+ units) and Outstanding Customer Service Award (Company).
To be recognised at a national awards event is a tremendous achievement and the shortlisted individuals, Adrienne Newton (Outstanding Customer Service Award (Individual)), Johnny Holden (On-Site Staff Member of the Year) and Becki Pollard (Rising Star Award) should also be extremely proud.
Attended by over 550 property professionals, a record number for the event, the Awards celebrated excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of over a million leaseholders across the country.
The 18 category winners were announced following a rigorous adjudicating process by a panel of 12 independent judges, who whittled 120 entries down to 83 finalists and went on to award 21 Highly Commended and 20 ACE Award winners.

A team of Kingston volunteers took to the starting line for The Sunshine Run 5K on Wednesday 18 June, joining hundreds of others along Newcastle’s scenic Quayside to raise funds for a fantastic cause.
