ACE Awards 2026 Shortlist Announced

We are delighted to share that Kingston and four colleagues have been shortlisted at the ACE Awards 2026.

The ACE Awards, hosted by The Property Institute (TPI) celebrate excellence across the property management sector, recognising organisations and individuals who go above and beyond for clients, residents, and colleagues.

Congratulations to all our finalists! Each nomination highlights their expertise, dedication, and positive impact.

Shortlisted categories:

• Managing Agent of the Year (10,001 – 20,000 Units)
• Rising Star Award – Joe Finney, Application Support Administrator
• On-Site Staff Member of the Year – Vivienne Rogerson, Windsor Court House Manager
• Unsung Hero – Mark Lishman, Application Support & Development Officer
• Outstanding Customer Service Award (Individual) – Stephen Stoker, HRB Property Manager

Being shortlisted is a significant achievement and reflects the high standards across Kingston.

The winners will be announced at the ACE Awards ceremony on Friday 19 June 2026 at Old Billingsgate, London.
