Kingston are thrilled to announce that Glen Wildsmith, Caretaker at Leazes Square, has been named On-Site Staff Member of the Year at the TPI ACE Awards 2025.

The ACE Awards, hosted by The Property Institute (TPI), celebrate excellence across the property management sector, with more than 500 professionals in attendance on Friday 20 June at Old Billingsgate, London.

Glen’s success is a fantastic achievement and a well-deserved recognition of his hard work, reliability, and the pride he takes in supporting residents and maintaining a high standard across the Leazes Square development.

We are also delighted to share that Stephanie Rosie, Property Manager, was Highly Commended in the Rising Star Award – an impressive recognition that highlights her passion, professionalism, and impact in her role.

In total, Kingston was shortlisted in five categories at this year’s awards, highlighting the professionalism and customer excellence that runs throughout Kingston:
